Hospital to Home Care
Our hospital to home care service in the Lahore supports patients who have been discharged from hospital, to settle back into their familiar surroundings at home.
If you are currently an in-patient in hospital, or if you are due to be admitted to hospital and wish to return home once you have been discharged, our hospital to home service will support you during this transition.
If you have already returned home and are looking for support we can provide this for you.
